The Hoya Carnosa 'Indian Rope' (Collectors No. 2) forms long stems with attractive twisted leaves like thick rope that can cascade to over 1 meter long. Relatively slow-growing compared to other Hoya varieties. This species is suited to full sun or heavy shade, if leaves wrinkle water is needed.
